- Experience navigating the unique challenges of early to growth-stage companies (Seed through Series C)
- Deep functional expertise in your domain with demonstrated results
- Ability to drive impact quickly and operate with limited resources
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
Your Approach to Fractional/Interim Work
- Available for flexible engagement models: part-time, project-based, or interim assignments
- Able to commit anywhere from 1-5 days per week or full-time for defined periods
- Energized by working with multiple companies or taking on focused, time-bound challenges
- Skilled at building systems and teams that outlast your engagement
- Excellent at knowledge transfer and setting up organizations for long-term success

Engagement Models We Support
We work with startups seeking various types of executive support:
