Role Overview:
As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will lead the company through a pivotal phase of growth and transformation, driving infrastructure changes to support their transition from a small organization with a start-up mindset to medium-sized organization with more systematized and structured processes. The CEO will be responsible for creating efficiencies, improving processes, and leveraging technology to enhance our operations and maximize our impact in the testing, inspection, and certification industry. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and scientific vigor, while also mentoring and developing future leaders within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market reach, and enhance our competitive position in the industry while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and conservation.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of company operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Sales and Business Development: Lead sales and business development efforts to acquire new clients, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and identify opportunities for expansion into new markets.
- Technology Utilization: Harness the power of technology to streamline processes, improve efficiency and enhance service delivery.
- Resource Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce waste, minimize costs, and maximize the utilization of resources across the organization.

Qualifications:
