Chief Marketing Officer

We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our client’s growing tech organization. In this position, you will oversee all marketing campaigns to promote our client company. A creative vision, understanding of our client company’s values and culture, and strong marketing leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and lead a high performance marketing team
• Cultivate relationships with vendors and partners
• Develop and oversee marketing plans and campaigns
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure company goals are met and exceeded
• Plan and implement marketing budget
• Analyze market trends and success of marketing campaigns; create reports and implement improvements as needed
• Implement marketing strategies across a variety of media platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, or communications
• Master’s degree in relevant field a plus
• Experience in brand marketing
• Successful tenure as a Chief Marketing Officer or other relevant role
• Aptitude for strategic development of business and marketing plans
• Proven ability to use both traditional and digital marketing techniques in integrated and aligned campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
