If you fully understand that the largest part of the potential talent market is semi-passive and very passive, accounting for 64% of the talent market, you will realize the huge value that executive search brings to the table for finding the best talent.   If your company is relying solely on the 36% of very active and semi-active you are losing out on a huge opportunity for talent.
