Knowledge: Deploys expertise to secure competitive advantage, always strives to acquire in-depth information about their organization and industry
Delegation: Assigns tasks to others, proactively collaborates, ensures team members contribute
Independence: A top entrepreneur depend on themselves to get the job done, can manage every aspect of an organization
Confidence: They believe they have what it takes, they know themselves, know others, take initiative
Relationships: A top entrepreneur possesses high social awareness, builds mutually beneficial relationships
Selling: They speak boldly on behalf of their organization, make cases effectively, influence people
Risk: They enjoy challenges, effectively manage high-risk situations, mitigate rather than seek risk
Determination: A top entrepreneur possesses a tremendous work ethic, can overcome obstacles, are undeterred by failure
Profitability: They establish clear goals, measure progress, are a good judge of opportunities
Disruption: They constantly dream up new products and services, have a mind that fires off many ideas
