Prepare your team to ace the interview

But the bottom line is that the job seeker shouldn’t have to handle a weak interviewer because if your company is trying to build the best team, it needs to understand that the interview process is a two way street and impressions are made on both sides of the conference table, not just on the employer’s side.  This is especially true when interviewing passive talent.  Your company’s interview team should be made up of team members who can not only ask good questions but answer good questions as well, because any good interview will be a conversation with both sides getting to know each other.

We’ve see it happen all too often that companies will make efforts to get talent in the door only to have poor interviewers make a bad impression resulting in the talent questioning whether or not the company is the right fit for them based on how unprepared the interviewers were.  Companies must ensure their interviewers are ready to represent the company’s brand to attract top talent.
